This class is a blend of Hatha yoga postures, breath and mindful movement designed to leave you feeling relaxed, rested and revitalised.

Macrame has been hugely popular at Saltash Studios. In June we are launching 'Get Knotted - Macrame Club' to bring together macrame enthusiasts for a monthly knot masterclass and space to work on your own projects alongside other knotters.

We champion locally made, grown and designed products including homewares, food, flowers, crafts, clothes, upcycled items, tools, arts, crafts and more.
We curate our markets to make sure that we have a wide range of products (no two stalls selling similar items), all of high quality and nothing mass-produced. We only accept applications from sellers who:
- Sell work they have made, grown or designed themselves or,
- Have been given permission to sell by the maker/grower/designer.
We also support young talent and new enterprises with a 20% discount.

It’s been a few days since the ‘Best Goon Brenn’ Premiere featuring ‘Beyond the Sea’ and I am still over the moon
The atmosphere, the passion, the joy, a few of the things we all bathed in that night!
I am so incredibly proud of myself, and I am allowed to say that! I am allowed to be proud of how hard I have worked to get to this moment. I am ambitious and want to achieve more, but you also have to take in the moments that get you there!
The audience were silent watching ‘Beyond the Sea’ there were laughs in all the right places, but what I will remember for the rest of my life was the applause… I am thrilled with the reception it got, from multiple members of the audience sharing their own personal experiences to others coming to me with tears! I am proud of ‘Beyond the Sea’ and of everyone involved!
Making the decision to not watch ‘Best Goon Brenn’ on the lead up to the premiere was such a good one, to be there with the audience on tender hooks was an incredible feeling!! The music, the editing, the everything!! I’m so… so proud of these films!
To wake up the next morning to another laurel for Beyond the Sea and finding out the ‘Beyond the Sea’ and ‘Best Goon Brenn’ cinema screening on the 5th of June has only a few tickets left is fantastic!!!!
