Yes! I am with child! Gotcha! Or maybe not, especially if you clocked that I haven’t posted an alcoholic beverage or a wheel of Brie in a suspiciously long time…
At the beginning of this year, we got the shock of our lives when we found out our little duo would soon become a trio. Becoming parents wasn’t quite in our plans just yet, but it seems the universe had other ideas. What has followed since has been the most unexpected, overwhelming and undeniable love that’s taken hold fast and, without even realising, become something that we’ve always ever wanted.
We are simply beyond thrilled, excited and petrified to be bringing our own little darling into this world very soon! I’ll be going on maternity leave towards the end of September, but returning to the world of photography in May. However, in the meantime, I’ll still be around in the land of stories, just this time with a sleep-deprived, mummy-era twist.

I’ll be easing into things as this is very much a part-time comeback, but I’m looking forward to officially meeting all my couples and clients for this year, and starting to find my rhythm again in what I love to do!
I’m super grateful for @binkynixon , there aren’t many people you’d happily return to work for after having a baby, but she’s definitely one of them. I’m so thankful how she made my time off so smooth, taking on so much extra responsibility behind the scenes, while still always checking in on me and making sure I could step away without any stress. She truly is the bestest boss lady and fairy god sister ❤️
Well she might not be here right now but next year @sallyforder will return so here is a little message from both of us.
Thank you all clients for having us shoot you this year. Yet again 2025 was bursting with people, places, moments and fun.
From your tasty dishes, exciting events, new life, festivals, products, intimate wedding moments, many train journeys, miles travelled happiness and tears. We’ve lived it all with you and it’s been an absolute pleasure.
2026 is already looking juicy with new clients, some new ideas for the business and of course the return of many of our fave places and people.
