Three gins. All handcrafted at our distillery at the water's edge in South Devon.
'Start Point' is where it all began. Citrus-led, juniper-forward, multi-award winning. Our flagship London Dry, the one that started everything for us and still to this day our most loved gin.
'Rosé Sainte Marie' was inspired by the south of France. Dry, delicate and unlike anything else in the category. No added sugar, just fresh lemon, Provence herbs and a hint of sun-drenched strawberry.
'Four Seas' is a love letter to the British coast. Made in partnership with the RNLI, it captures four coastal-inspired botanicals in a single pour: smoky citrus, sugar kelp, sea buckthorn and elderberries.
If you're new here, welcome. If you've been with us a while, which one is yours?

This one started with you.
Our Salcombe Gin parasols were made for trade, for the waterside bars, restaurants and hotels we love. Then our followers kept asking, so once a year we opened up pre-orders to our community.
This year's window is now closed and the response genuinely blew us away. Thank you.
But if you missed it and you'd love one for your garden, let us know. Drop a comment below or head to the link in bio to register your interest. If enough of you put your hand up, we'll see what we can do.
No promises. But we're listening.
📍 Already have yours? Tag us. We love to see where they end up.

May Bank Holiday is nearly here, and while Salcombe Crabfest on Sunday 3rd May will be a big part of the weekend, our team at the waterside distillery, shop and bar are ready to welcome you throughout the bank holiday too.
Send this to someone who needs a taste of this in their life right now!
This is The Hipple, Salcombe’s secret beach 🤫
A hidden sandbank that appears only on the lowest tides, it is one of the estuary’s most elusive sights.
Crystal clear water, shifting wave patterns, and a quieter side of Salcombe if you catch it at just the right moment. 🌊
Big news! Our new Salcombe Gin aluminium miniatures are now being served on board GWR’s Pullman Dining Car.
We are incredibly proud to see our multi-award winning Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’ served in such an iconic setting, available on selected services between Paddington and Plymouth and bringing a taste of the coast to one of the country’s most iconic train journeys.
For us, this is more than a new listing. It is a proud moment for our independent Devon distillery and an important step forward for our new aluminium miniatures, which are made from 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium and created with travel in mind.
A huge thank you to @gwruk for choosing to work with us on this one!
Sometimes you just need a moment that takes you somewhere else. A little sea air, a slower pace, and a ‘Salcombe & Tonic’ in hand to bring you closer to the coast, wherever you are.

The countdown is quietly underway.
Salcombe is starting to come to life again, and we’re busy behind the scenes preparing for the season ahead.
Give us a thumbs up if you’re planning to visit this year👍.
Our most sought-after special edition is back.
Our Victuallers Special Edition ‘Salcombe Limoncello’ returns in a fresh small batch run, distilled by Andy and finished with handwritten labels at our waterside distillery. Bright lemon oil, fresh zest, rounded citrus sweetness, and a clean, refreshing finish.
Best served straight from the fridge, over ice, or in our ‘Ciao Bella’ cocktail.
There is always something special about seeing Salcombe through someone else’s lens.
A huge thank you to @eyeofcallum for sharing these beautiful coastal scenes from the home of Salcombe Gin. The light, the water and the changing character of the shoreline all capture a little of what makes this place so memorable to us and our community, whatever the season.
Meet Angus and Howard, the co-founders of Salcombe Distilling Co.
Their story started on the water, teaching sailing together on the Salcombe estuary. A shared love of the sea, the town, and its coastal way of life became the foundation for a partnership shaped by craft and care.
From the earliest idea to the six-month process of refining our flagship Start Point gin, Angus and Howard have remained closely involved in every detail, helping shape the quality and character behind every bottle.
Rooted in Salcombe. Guided by craftsmanship. Inspired by the coast.
