A couple of weeks back, Salama visited Wild East Brewing, a craft brewery from Brooklyn, New York. @wildeastbrewing
Wild East blends classic European brewing techniques with modern American craft innovations. Clean and absolutely amazing Czech pilsners, German-style lagers, farmhouse-style ales and more.
One of the greatest from NY, unfortunately very hard to find in Europe. But we’re going to fix that! Soon, we’re coming back there to finalise our collab. Stay tuned! 👀
