We're all still salivating over the exceptional menu by Chef Danny Russo, Chef Michael Lewis and the team at Sala Dining served up during our inaugural Wagyu Steakholder Collective. The event brought the wagyu producers supplying into our program and the chefs and procurement teams who champion it together and connected both ends of the supply chain, building appreciation, understanding and genuine relationships from paddock to plate.
