Miso Bucatini Pasta. This what love tastes like.
Ingredients:
(2 servings)
Bucatini Pasta
Cremini Mushrooms
Miso Paste
Olive Oil
Salted Butter
1/3 Shallot
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Pasta Water
Chives
If I ate meat I would toss in miso cod, pancetta or a thick bacon sliced in tiny cubes. Taste sauce as you cook to know if you need to add additional pasta water, butter or miso paste.

Lessons from 2025.
- Pray even more.
- You can’t avoid your way into a life you love.
- Read more books, listen to less music.
- You work too hard on your peace to give it away so freely.
- Be accountable for everything.
- Most of the people with an opinion of you just use it as a distraction from all of their flaws.
- Rebuilding will first look like destruction.
- Being around negative energy is a setback.
- Being around positive energy is a life hack.
- It won’t take long, if you start right now.
- Don’t let people or experiences turn you bitter.
- Forgiveness.
- Don’t put Jared Goff on my fantasy team next year.
- Check on your people more.
- No more repeated lessons.
Literally the best pasta recipe. I don’t recommend cooking for someone if you want them to leave after. Recipe below.
Ingredients:
Pasta Shells
Shallot
Garlic
Tomato Paste
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Heavy Cream (I used dairy free)
Basil
Spinach
Parmesan Cheese (I used Trader Joe’s Vegan Version)
White Wine
Pasta Water
Chilli Onion Crunch Oil (optional)
Seasonings (Italian or oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper, etc)
1. Fill medium pot with water. Bring to a boil and add your pasta. (Cook as directed, before you pour noodles out save about 1/4 cup of the pasta water and sit to the side.
2. Chop up shallot, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, and basil.
3. Heat a medium to large skillet on medium heat and add olive oil. Add shallots and cook down for about 1 1/2 mins. Add garlic and cook for another 1 1/2 mins making sure to stir continuously.
4. Add a splash of wine, about 1-2 tbsps.
5. Add tomato paste and sun dried tomatoes. Give it a stir.
6. Add heavy cream and stir, then add all of your seasonings.
7. Add your basil and spinach and stir until it becomes a golden color.
8. Add Parmesan cheese as much as you’d like. I would start light and adjust after tasting. Also this is the time to taste and adjust your seasoning to your liking.
9. Place in bowl and drizzle with chilli onion crunch.
