So, on the summer break we surprised my family with a day out on a divine catamaran — visiting Carnac and Garden Island, moseying around the ocean. Snorkeling, swimming, eating, drinking. Saw some dolphins. A couple of flying fish. Sea lions. You know, the usual. Thanks to Captain Nev and the @sailingeventide crew for the most memorable and magical day. ❤️⚓️💖

@buddyupaustralia joined us today for a hands on “Try Sailing” experience on the protected waters of Cockburn Sound.
This wonderful organisation connects Veterans and First Responders to their communities through physical fitness, social activities and purposeful volunteering.
Today, they learnt some of the basics of sailing and got involved grinding the winches, trimming the sails, taking the helm and experiencing the joy of movement under sail.
