I took the journey to Times Square to check out the new billboard I photographed for @hivstopswithme “SLAY” campaign.
Those that have followed my journey as a creative and visual artist know how intertwined that location is to my legacy. My first media job as Director of Photography for a talent agency was on this block, but even more memorable were my years pumping to party at the legendary Escuelita at 18 years old to eventually becoming Visual Director for the club until it’s closing!
The campaign focuses on the personal strengths of people living with HIV and affirms their ability to display these qualities in their everyday lives and reduce associated stigma. The campaign is currently running in the MTA subway and throughout New York State.

The New York Liberty return to Barclays Center on May 8th to tip off the 2026 WNBA season, celebrating the franchise’s historic 30th season and the return of the WNBA’s Most Influential Mascot Ellie the Elephant.
Known for her iconic performances, Ellie the Elephant, alongside the Lil Torches, Torch Patrol, and Timeless Torches, will take over halftime with a tribute to a renowned artist tied to a defining moment in Liberty and WNBA history.
Extending the 30th season celebration beyond Barclays Center and into communities across New York City, the Liberty will activate across the city with promotions and events, bringing the energy of the season directly to fans across all five boroughs. See you at games!
