🙌🏼VICTORY: Sa’id Totti, who was aggressively arrested at the first “Lift The Ban” protest in Parliament Square, has been found not guilty today after the police provided an entirely weak case.
The charge of assaulting a police officer was impossible to substantiate, and the judge found the case without merit at City of London Magistrates’ Court.
On the day, in response to protesters objecting to the now-unlawful ban of Palestine Action, the police were heavy-handed and at times violent.
A case like this should never have gone to court. It has only done so because a political decision has been made to target, disrupt, and harass anti-genocide pro-Palestine activists.
This Ramadan, help CAGE to free our prisoners, to free our Ummah, and to revive divine justice.

‘THIS GOVERNMENT HAS ENOUGH MONEY TO FIGHT WARS AROUND THE WORLD
WHY CAN IT NOT HOUSE PEOPLE IN ADEQUATE
HOUSING? SUITABLE HOUSING?
WHY CAN THEY NOT FEED THE POOR?
WHY CAN THEY NOT HELP THE PEOPLE THAT ARE BORN IN THIS COUNTRY, ARRIVE IN THIS COUNTRY, AND ARE LOOKING FOR ASYLUM AND THEY ARE LOOKING FOR HELP?
AFTER THEY HAVE PLUNDERED, RAPED AND PILLAGED THEIR HOMELANDS?
IF YOU STEAL YOUR NEIGHBOURS GROCERIES, DO NOT BE SURPRISED WHEN THEY KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR FOR DINNER’

I spoke to an activist who spoke about why he chose to attend the tribunal in support of Dr Aladwann#dr #tribunal #court #winner #gmc
Last week, we were in #Bosnia for the #MarsMira (Peace March). A 100km trek over 3 days, with 6000 Bosnians. This is the route thousands of Bosnian men & boys took in July 1995 while escaping Serb forces. Over 8300 were killed, in what is known as the #SrebrenicaGenocide.
On the march, were survivors of the genocide, men who were one this very route in 1995, who also fought. On the march were also families of the victims. We saw sign posts along the way, which indicated sites of mass graves. We heard so many stories from survivors and families.
The trek was tough. 30km every day, steep & rough terrain, one day would be hot, next it would rain all day, marching for 10hrs. But this was nothing compared to 30 years ago, when those men & boys had little food, water, shelter, clothes & also being hunted down by Serb forces.
There was much support for #Gaza on the trek. So many similarities to what's happening in Gaza now & what happened in Bosnia. The Bosnians understand genocide and how the world forgot them too. Years from now, we will study and talk about Gaza, just like we're doing with Bosnia.
Finishing the march after 3 days was emotional. As we entered Potacari, the burial site of those killed in the #Srebrenica genocide, it was silent. People reflecting & grieving, all the memories coming back. Just being in Potacari, you could feel the chill in the air.
Day after the march on the 11th July, 7 coffins were buried. These were the remains (not even full remains) of bodies still being found from mass graves, 30yrs later. We perfomed the Janazah, then the burial was done. So many men still missing & families still seeking closure.

Learning about the resistance is important. There's a lesson to be learned. Admiration should be given to the Bosnian resistance (and foreign Mujahideen) in the way they mobilised. In the photo are 4 fighters, 3 men & 1 woman. She fought too, as did many Bosnian women.
