ピラミッドを辞めて1ヶ月と1日、
ロンドンに来て1ヶ月と3日、
授業開始まで8日間、
Agent Panelまで8ヶ月と17日、
ビザが切れるまで23ヶ月。
いつでも踊らせてもらえて
歌わせてもらえる宿舎と寛大な寮メイトに感謝
いつでも助けを求められる環境と周りの人に感謝
素晴らしい人格の先生と
愛溢れる先輩方に感謝
忙しいところ時間を作って会ってくださって
一緒に歩んでくださるあらゆるみなさんに感謝！
One month since leaving the Pyramid Film,
One month and two days since arrival,
Eight more days until my school starts,
Eight months and 17 days until the Agent Panel,
23 months until my visa expires.
Shouting out my gratitude to:
The accommodation that generously let me sing and dance when I want to,
The people there who let me do all that in the first place and be generous about it,
The mentors and other actors, singers, and dancers, who teach me and assist me with care and love, and inspire me to do better and work harder,
My friends both who I know of for a long time, and I met within a few weeks yet made me feel like home, who knows how to comfort me with belongingnesses, and focuses on blighter side and support my decisions and choices,
My parents who’s with me despite my numerous flaws and failures, Make me to stand up again and again and let me become stronger versions of myself and resist for the good.
Every single one of you who’ve read this caption have made an impact on what I am today.
Couldn’t have done it without you,
And I can’t wait to share with you what my future holds.
P.S. I’ve been seeing so many shows this past week but that was only possible because of @maitake_na who brought me to all of them SO a massive shout out to this brilliant woman who hype me and everyone up when we most need and give all that she has for others.

The highlight of my 2025 May was with the most loving, caring, and talented group of people I’ve ever met in my life. I’ve listed this as the proudest moments of my life to have had stood on the same stage with each one of the fellow players. Was not ready to call this a memory so it took me three months to post it but I’m here. I’ll never be ready to leave this place and the family behind!

It really is happening.
We finally had the opening performance of Romeo & Juliet, which still is feels like a half dream and a half reality.
Every second we share, every breath I take, every glance we exchange, they are all so precious and expensive to the extent that I have never felt this way in my life.
Not to mention how amazing and talented the cast are and incredibly skilled creative team and crew are, I’m truly and simply grateful and honored to be in presence of them. I was wowing the whole day. However, nonetheless of all things above, I feel mortified and defeated by how little I can do and be each moment. I’m tasting the taste I have never tasted before each moment, line, and scene. All I need to do is live in the moment and feel every emotion and inhabit each character I encounter and look people in the eye, show appreciation, be kind, and enjoy every second while I can, like incredible fellow actors have told me to do. Do what all I can do. That’s all.
現実だとまだ実感できない初日でした
圧倒的な安定感と存在感のベテラン先輩俳優さんたちやダンサーさんたちに囲まれて、毎日が夢のような稽古期間を終えて
いよいよ小屋入りして初日。
感情がごちゃごちゃで言葉にできないですが、
楽屋、舞台上、ロビー、どこにいてもひと呼吸ひと呼吸が本当にありがたくて
みなさんと目を合わせて同じ空間で深呼吸できることだけでも幸せで
開場前のみんなで息を揃える時間も騒然とした時間も
開演直前の心臓音が聞こえそうなくらい整ったシンとする時間も
公演中の一心同体となった舞台袖の空気感も
舞台に上がった時の熱気と興奮と鼓動も
一流の演奏家・音楽家の集大成なフルート、琴、音楽が完全に調和する瞬間も
舞台袖でみなさんと目配せしたり笑ったりオーディエンスの皆さんの反応に驚いたりするたわいない瞬間も
全て尊くて全て刺激的で脆くて淡くて儚くて美しくて愛おしいです。
まだまだ込み上げてくるけど今夜はここまで。

Saho Takano in the role of JULIET (UNDERSTUDY)
Saho played Heather Duke in “The Heathers the musical” at the Model Production 2023 as her acting on-stage debut. Her passion in acting recently led her to study at Royal Shakespeare Company in the UK, and to join the staged-reading of a new play “The Sea Was Calm”.

2023年に『ヘザーズ・ザ・ミュージカル』でヘザー・デューク役を演じ、舞台デビューを果 たしました。演技への情熱からイギリスのロイヤル・シェイクスピア・カンパニーで学び、昨年に は新作戯曲『The Sea Was Calm』のリーディングにも参加しました。
