Some love stories are written in letters.
Some in late-night texts.
Some in sighs between shifts.
And some, quietly, beautifully, inside a car. šš
In our Valentineās film for Volkswagen, @bhagyashreelimaye & @diviksharma meet where life finally slows down: between ignition and destination.
Coffee cups become punctuation.
Croissants become poetry.
A chessboard becomes a conversation.
One move today. One reply tomorrow.
Written by @molfarnist with a concept by @kankaria_bhavna , directed by @sahnipranit , and shot by @vrushabsansgiri this is a story about two people who are always rushing, yet somehow never rushing past each other.
Maybe Kurt Vonnegut wouldāve called it accidental poetry.
Maybe Jack Kerouac wouldāve called it a road romance.
We just call it love⦠finding space in small places.
Because sometimes, forever fits perfectly in a parking spot.
From all of us at Jugaad Motion Pictures ā
Happy Valentineās.
Our love collaboration with Godrej Creative Labs has given birth to a big silver cat. Meow.

Not that awards are universe shattering. But this is celebratory moment and weāre excited to share.
When @bhattacharyaswati calls you, always answer the phone. Not only will it send you into an existential creative crisis, where you will question your ability to deliver at the quality she expects, but itās likely the call will lead to a trip to the south of France later in the year.
Working on the āEyebetesā campaign has been nothing short of an eye opener. Pun intended. We realised the dire need for strong messaging and communication for health and wellness in our beautiful, growing country.
The thread between madness and genius is a flimsy one. As artists we question it daily.
A rational thinking individual would think - going into the Kumbh Mela with a camera and crew, approaching Naga Sadhus to become spokespersons for a social cause, losing our minds in a sea of people, making 30 different cuts of one single film isā¦madness. But the folks at Cannes Lion didnāt think so.
Maybe, just maybe - the flimsy line between madness and genius was crossed with this film.
And hereās our little proof - Our Naga Saint Eye Test Film made with the phenomenal team of creatives at Godrej Creative Lab has secured a Cannes Lion Silver, and we couldnāt be any prouder š»
This oneās for the mad (and the genius)!

Hello, Iām Niv, and here is my petition for @sahnipranit to direct all the music videos in this world:Ā
If I fall in love, I want it to be in Pranitās world of unbridled innocence. I remember watching Madhubala for the first time, my heart hiccupping with held-back tears. I fall in love every other day on set, and this was my dream life of fleeting lunches and stolen tea-breaks. I wished then, thatĀ @sahnipranit was the writer-director of my love life.Ā
I then watched Bombay Dreams, imagine the naivety of a little boy secretly, rebelliously, learning Bharathnatyam because he liked a girl! I still want silliness like that. I want someone to have searching eyes, just for me, at a party. And I want to sit awkwardly with the boy I like in a bathtub, sharing silence and maybe a pretty song.Ā
I want everything that goes into a Pranit Sahni music video. But mostly, the childlike heart of it all.
šØšØšØ New Episode Alert šØšØšØ
In this episode, we welcome our friend Pranit onto the pod to talk about some old classics by the legendary Billy Wilder. And if you notice some sound issues on this one, we did too, bear with us!
We talk about a cautionary tale on insurance fraud in "Double Indemnity", then there is the Marilyn Monroe starrer "Some Like It Hot" (fun fact: Tony Curtis is the father of recent Oscar winner Jaime Lee Curtis) , and lastly we end on a rather depresso note (typical, right?) talking about Jack Lemmon in "The Apartment".

There are shoots. And then there are shoots that feel like a long breezy day at beach on the first day of summer. This was a summer that I wish never ended. But it did. 2 years ago. And while it took us 2 weeks to create Baatein Karo; it took my team exactly two years to finish editing this BTS. But this would have been impossible without each one of them :)
