Another milestone delivered in Lonsdale.   Maxilift Australia’s new headquarters is now complete, featuring a 3,800m² warehouse and 285m² office.   This $7.6M industrial development includes two warehouse mezzanines and 3,500m² of associated pavement and car parking.   A big thank you to Maxilift Australia for the trust and collaboration throughout the project in delivering their new facility. 13 months in the making, we have officially handed over this 20,910m2 facility for Centuria Industrial REIT.   Last month we celebrated this milestone alongside everyone who helped bring the project to life. An industrial facility engineered for high‑demand operations.   This new United Rentals facility in Burton, delivered for Geelan Property Group, is a $7.8M development featuring 2,780m² of offices and workshops with 10,600m² of hardstand. A site celebration well earned, marking practical completion of the official Maxilift Australia headquarters with our site team, trades and consultants. Delivered in 12 months, this standout facility came together thanks to the hard work and innovation of everyone involved. Strong projects come from strong partnerships, and Moonah Tree Capital returning for Stage 2 in Direk speaks volumes about the trust we’ve built together. This next stage includes a 198m2 two storey office with an architectural external finish featuring full height glazing and CFC feature cladding. The base 4072m2 base build warehouse will also be fitted with comprehensive fire detection and sprinkler systems. The project, valued at $5.8M, will be completed in seven months. After months of design collaboration with the Finsbury Green team, we are now breaking ground on a purpose-built facility in Beverley.   This $11 million project will deliver a 2,368 m² manufacturing space, a 1,176 m² warehouse and a 750 m² two storey office building to support Finsbury Green’s expanding national operations.   A fast program is required to facilitate a forced relocation due to the South Road tunnels. We are sequencing the program to allow early access to the main warehouse in June.   Finsbury Green is a leader in integrated print, procurement and logistics across Australia. Huge congratulations to one of our longest standing members, Patrick Sherry on his appointment as our Operations Manager. If there is one thing most people at Sagle associate with Pat, it is his instinct to step forward when something needs doing and bring others with him (that, and his sharp sense of humour!) Throughout his time here, Pat has built a reputation for consistently jumping in to support his peers. He leads with generosity, calm, and accountability, and is known for getting involved, especially when teams are navigating complexity or under pressure. As a leader, Pat has a strong ability to build tight knit teams which convert to quality outcomes, and always looks for better ways of working. With his deep organisational knowledge and people focused leadership style, Pat is exceptionally well placed to succeed as Operations Manager. Stage 2 of our project with Realside Ovest at the Salisbury South Business Park is now complete, marking the final chapter in the development of this high‑performing industrial precinct. 👏 What started as a vision for a premium, future‑focused business park has now reached full completion. This $11 million stage delivers serious capability, featuring a 10,500 sqm warehouse supported by two office spaces, plus more than 11,300 sqm of pavements and car parking. The design is built for functionality, with 4x10 tonne gantry cranes, a burnished concrete floor and 14 m wide roller doors that allow B-Double access and seamless movement in and out of the warehouse. With this final milestone now complete, the precinct is fully realised and ready for its new tenant to move in and make the most of this standout industrial address. A major milestone is ahead for HVAC Green Acres as construction begins on their investment property in Edinburgh. This $11 million, 10,000 m² development includes a warehouse and office space, extensive heavy-duty hardstand, a tank slab and landscaping. Works are scheduled to commence this month, with completion expected in November 2026. This new facility will support HVAC Green Acres’ continued growth and their investment into the SA market.
