We work hard to understand the needs of our clients and respect their skills and knowledge. That's why the feedback we received from our recent clients is so special. "Simon, thanks for coming to our rescue and overseeing this assignment (including that evening review at your home). How lucky were we that you were in a position to help immediately! James, thanks for everything, as mentioned ... and for just being you" "I especially want to thank you both for getting us across the Finish line in spectacular fashion and within an amazing time frame. Great communication and collaboration, solid technical skills, and professionalism were displayed throughout the short, sharp assignment by Simon Anderson Consultants, as was an openness to listen to and take on board Colin's ideas, born from many years' building experience. Colin and I are so grateful to you both and very happy with the quality result, including the significant savings to be made (in comparison to previous designs and assumptions presented to us)." Thank you Anne and Colin it's been a delight

Times have been tough in the construction industry and research found that 4️⃣ in 🔟 Aussies think asking R U OK? might be a conversation that should be had with an expert. The truth is that we can all help those we care about by reaching out for a chat. If you want to support someone but aren’t sure where to start, follow these four steps: ASK R U OK? – Pick the right time and place and ask them how they're going. LISTEN – Listen with an open mind and without judgement. ENCOURAGE ACTION - Encourage them to do something that might lighten the load. CHECK IN – Remember to check in again soon. Your ongoing care and support can make a difference. For more conversation tips, head to ok.org.au #RUOKDay2022 #RUOK

It all starts with a conversation. The National Construction Code sets the performance standards for buildings in Australia. @zalisteggall agrees that embodied carbon should be considered for all buildings and that electrification is essential to meet the net zero targets.

Turning a 2D plan into a 3D model, to allow for the design of all the structural elements of this complex build, which beautifully cascades down the hillside.
