In December, I graduated with my B.A. in Liberal Studies and my teaching credential in Mild/Moderate Special Education. Today, I get to celebrate that accomplishment. 🎓🍾
I had the most amazing experience student teaching and I will never forget my amazing students 🥹🫶🏽.
Thank you to all my teachers who inspired me and everyone who supported me through my journey. ♥️ I’m not done yet. 😉

I love you so much. I’ll always cherish our breakfasts, shopping trips, and sitting around talking with your friends about all the “hot gossip” at the senior home. I loved cooking with you, sneaking treats together, and laughing nonstop. I’m going to miss all of it more than I can put into words.
Thank you for letting me bug you all the time, even if it was just going out with me to eat and just yap together. Thank you for teaching me all the Italian ways: making pasta, lasagna, italian cookies, cannolis, drinking wine all the time, cursing, and laughing a whole bunch. Thank you for letting me take care of you after you spent your whole life taking care of everyone else. You gave me so much light, love, and laughter when I needed it most.
I’m so grateful for the time we had. Keep being your sassy, trouble-making self up there, drink lots of wine, make some Italian cookies for me, and say hi to Papa and Henry. I know you were so happy to see them again.
Don’t worry, I’ve already been claimed as a “granddaughter” by your amazing friends, and I’ll keep visiting them and causing a little trouble on your behalf.

I love you more than words can describe. We always understood each other, even when no one else did. Like you said, we are connected, and always will be. You are the best papa I could’ve ever asked for. Thank you for always being there for me.
I miss escaping the craziness of the house to grab some Jersey Mikes together and laughing forever and ever. I miss when you would tell me to invite Marlene over for Uno and coffee just to cheat your way to winning the game but we had so much fun every time. I miss going on morning walks and gossiping about everyone. I miss going fishing with you. I miss listening to your stories about the ranch and the war….I miss you.
