We are pleased to confirm the successful completion of a boiler room refurbishment at Exeter Central Offices for John Sisk & Son Ltd
The existing boiler room, originally installed over 35 years ago, was fully decommissioned and demolished to allow for a complete modernisation, bringing the facility up to current efficiency and performance standards delivered just in time for the winter period.
The new installation comprises: • Two Potterton Sirius high-efficiency condensing boilers • 300-litre Megaflo unvented hot water cylinder • Grundfos circulation pumps • New pressurisation unit • All associated pipework, controls, and accessories
This upgrade provides improved energy efficiency, reliability, and long-term operational performance. We are proud to deliver another high-quality project for our client.

This week, we had the privilege of visiting the @xylem_inc factory in Vicenza, Italy for an insightful guided tour, followed by wonderful hospitality in Venice 🇮🇹
Hosted by Jonathan Edwards and Alan Cottrell of Xylem, we were given an in-depth look at their operations, including the production of the new HydrovarX and an overview of their extensive pump product range. The visit provided valuable knowledge and a great appreciation of the innovation behind their technology.

Members of our team have been working hard these last few weeks to get the 4th Floor completed and over the line for our client @nicolasjamesbuild
14 bathrooms, corridors and bedrooms completed in just 12 weeks. Well done to all involved over these last few weeks.
On Monday, we move onto the lower ground floor to start first fixing to another 10 Bedrooms
