One of our most popular and loved homes; this modern barn-style home in Surrey Hills is a perfect blend of contemporary elegance and rustic charm. The bold contrast between the dark, barn-style garage doors and the crisp white exterior creates a striking visual that immediately captures your attention. The expansive picture window does more than just fill the interior with natural light - it beautifully reflect the surrounding trees and sky, adding a touch of nature to the home’s facade.
The clean lines of the driveway and the understated landscaping highlight the home’s architecture without overpowering it, creating a welcoming entrance. We had to share more of this beautiful kitchen from our Balwyn North handover.
This one is all about detail. Layered materials, natural stone and textured tiles create depth and presence without feeling overdone. The cabinetry profile is a standout, with strong lines and texture bringing contrast and giving the space its identity. The butler’s shifts into a darker palette, adding contrast while still feeling completely connected.
A standout result that sets the tone for the entire home.

This deserves a spot on the grid.
The height. The symmetry. The detail overhead.
Even at this stage, the sense of scale is undeniable. A strong architectural moment that gives real presence to the alfresco, with the roof pitch carrying seamlessly from inside to out and drawing the eye toward the pool and pool house beyond.
Designed as a true extension of the home, it’s a space that feels both elevated and comfortable. Somewhere everyday family life can unfold, while still setting the tone for relaxed, resort-style entertaining.

A standout cellar is starting to take shape at our Sorrento project, built with a strong focus on craftsmanship and material detail.
Hand-laid, century-old recycled bricks form the walls and arches, bringing depth and character to the space, complemented by a barrel-curved ceiling to be lined in recycled timber. A cobblestone floor will complete the space, while an arched fluted glass door will mark the entry, hinting at what’s to come inside.
The workmanship at this stage is exceptional, and you can already see where this space is heading. We can’t wait for it to all come together with lighting, wine, and the final details, and looking forward to the professional photos to follow once complete.
