By applying the function of transparency, braids—originally intended for decoration—are reconfigured as structural cords.
The zipper on the chest pocket is concealed beneath the fabric, losing its primary function while faintly revealing its presence through the sheer material.
An ambiguous boundary between ornament and utility, visibility and invisibility.

A lightweight shell that incorporates aging reminiscent of scars.
Through the wearer’s daily movements and repeated washing, the concealed pleats begin to activate.
The black fabric attached to the back is designed to separate from the outer shell, preventing sewing irregularities while establishing a distinct identity. These traces, invisible in their initial state, gradually take form only through the actions of the wearer.

[Critica] is a collection born from a renewed recognition of the fundamental purpose behind the existence of ryaw. Through the interaction between “what has been” and “what is yet to come,” the collection pursues a purity of form that emerges through this continuous movement between past and future. While affirming the path of our previous creations, the introduction of a new perspective allows the garments to transcend the maker’s internal impulse, giving rise to clothing that looks toward a presence beyond the self.
