Camera Movement:
1 - Gimbal mounted onto chase car with the gimbal rotating into a dutch angle
2 - Used a leaf blower to disrupt the surface of the puddle as the cyclist passes
3 - Flip the camera 180 degrees vertically by hard mounting to a rotating speed rail
