Been playing some Van Halen around here since today is the 2 year anniversary of Eddie’s passing. I’ve always loved this little bridge in Mean Street. The notes aren’t really dead on, but you get the idea. He really played the coolest stuff…
Just coming down from an outstanding tour with @train , @bluestraveler and @thunderstormartis ..Got to hang out with some old friends every day for 2 months, and made a bunch of new ones along the way. Thanks to everybody for being so great, and especially to our crew for dealing with adversity and still killing it every single day. The final sold out show at Red Rocks was the icing on the cake. Most importantly, thanks to @jewel for bringing me along on all kinds of adventures for the last 14 years…

I’m late to the party, but these new Van Halen Frankenstein guitar reissues are a LOT of fun. It had to happen at some point, but special thanks to my longtime friend @ministerzilla (now at @lanemusicstore ) for making things happen, as per usual..
