In case you missed it. Kindness and virtue are reasons enough in themselves. They are the destination. You can keep your “Oneness” and non-dual understandings but I’m not interested. I’d rather we all understand that other people are real. And we should give a shit. 🤗
Psychedelic work isn’t just for those dealing with PTSD or mental health struggles—there’s a lot to gain for anyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves and the world. It’s not about escaping reality; it’s about waking up to it. Heres a few of what we see people come away with regularly…
✨ **Emotional Awareness** – These experiences can help you dig into emotions you have repressed or didn’t even know were there, allowing you to process and let go of what’s keeping you stuck.
✨ **Presence** – Psychedelics can bring you into the *now*, reducing stress and increasing mindfulness. It’s about being fully alive in the miraculous moment.
✨ **Creativity** – You can unlock new ways of thinking, offering breakthroughs in creativity and problem-solving by shaking up old patterns.
✨ **Connection** – Whether it’s spiritual insights or feeling deeply connected to others, these compounds can help you see your entire life and relationships with new eyes.
✨ **Purpose** – If you’ve ever struggled with meaning or existential questions, psychedelics can provide direction and peace that ripples through your life - even (and especially) in the face of all our unknowing!
Remember, this isn’t a quick fix, and it’s not for everyone. But for many, we’ve seen it be a powerful tool for healing and growth. Hit us up on our website to explore more. 🌱

Pregnant at 19, mothering at 20, you’d barely moved out of your childhood room before you were nurturing new life.
You grew up while raising humans. And somehow, even way back then, there was already deep maternal wisdom in you.
All four kids have spent their whole lives being loved by someone deeply present, nurturing and kind. You made home feel safe. Warm. You gave so much of yourself to helping them become who they are.
And through all of it, you never disappeared inside of motherhood. That’s one of the things I love most about you. You stayed fully alive. Fully yourself.
Motherhood just fits you in this beautiful, unexplainable way. Not because it’s all you are but because it’s just one of the many ways your love takes shape in the world. And what a gift that is. To us all.
Happy Mother’s Day, Michelle.
You are the heart, the creatrix, the feminine love that holds us all together with grace.
We are in Seattle next week and weekend working with our Intensive clients and have 2 spots left!

The gift that keeps on giving
Now, there is no magic pill, but these modalities can get pretty magical.
I mean, c’mon!! 4 years ago - I’m in awe 🥰
My voice note to this special lovebug, Ashley (who granted permission for her name to be viewed) applauded her for continually looking into herself for that magic and holding onto the truths that came through her experience.
There is no magic pill, but there is magic within YOU, and it is my DELIGHT to help people glimpse that inside themselves and set up practices to continually draw upon that strength.
Thank you to all of our clients for the gorgeous gift of your trust. Thank you, Ashley ✨
I’m not against high doses—I’ve enjoyed them too. But if you skip the groundwork, you’re diving in unprepared. It’s all about trust and safety. You don’t need to melt your face off—build that softness and inner connection first. Start small, build trust, then grow.
Nothing changes alone. This is true ecologically and socially.
In my work, I see it all the time:
People want to grow.
To change.
To become more fully themselves.
But what surprises them is the cost.
When we change, we disrupt the system around us—
our relationships,
our communities,
the roles we’ve been playing.
The life around us was shaped for who we used to be.
So when we step out of that shape,
others feel it.
Sometimes subtly.
Sometimes not.
And it can create tension, distance, even loss.
Not because anyone is wrong—
but because the relational ecosystem is adjusting.
Growth isn’t just personal.
It’s relational.
It asks something of us.
It may cost old patterns.
Familiar dynamics.
Even certain connections.
But if the price of becoming more honest,
more aligned,
more fully alive…
is that our world has to shift—
It takes courage.
To grow.
To let go.
To trust what you’re reshaping is more true.
Change changes things.
There isn’t a way around that.
Not a shaman.
Definitely not a guru.
Not even a therapist.
And that’s the point.
Over the past few years I’ve gotten clearer about my place in the psychedelic space.
I’m not trying to be a clinician.
I’ve learned to stay in my lane—and to respect the work that belongs to others.
I leave trauma treatment, PTSD recovery, and mental health disorders to trained professionals. That work matters—and it requires real expertise.
And I’m not interested in leading ceremonies or positioning myself as a spiritual authority.
My path has been different.
For twenty years I was a minister.
Then I stepped outside organized religion and began exploring consciousness more directly.
What emerged on the other side feels simpler. More human.
Not therapy.
Not religion.
Something closer to chaplaincy for expanded consciousness—
walking with people as they make sense of what they’ve seen and felt.
Because most people who go down this road eventually hit the same question:
Now what?
Not what did it mean in the moment—
but what does it ask of me now?
How do I live differently?
Show up more honestly?
Love more fully?
Take responsibility for the life that’s actually mine?
This is the space I care about.
I work best with people who are already functioning well—
but can feel there’s more available.
More alignment.
More clarity.
More honesty.
More expression of who they actually are.
Not broken.
Not stuck.
Just done holding back.
Less escape.
More responsibility.
More love.
If you’re dealing with deeper trauma or clinical mental health challenges, that’s important work—and it’s best held by a licensed professional with the right training.
But if you’re navigating big questions, powerful experiences, and a sense that your life could be lived more fully—
that’s the conversation I care about.
Helping experiences make sense—
and actually change the way you live.

Not every psychedelic insight is a revelation about the universe.
Sometimes it’s just your brain in a temporary meaning storm.
Moments where everything suddenly feels profound.
A thought feels like revelation.
A memory feels like destiny.
A feeling feels like universal truth.
Something important may be happening. Psychedelics can loosen rigid patterns and open real psychological insight.
But there’s a trap here.
The brain is a meaning-making engine. When emotional signaling increases and our usual mental filters loosen, the sense of significance can surge.
Everything starts to feel cosmic.
This is where a lot of psychedelic culture goes sideways.
People move quickly from:
“I had a powerful experience.”
to
“I now understand the nature of reality.”
Suddenly there are entities, downloads, cosmic missions, and new spiritual hierarchies.
I’m not interested in building another religion around altered states.
You don’t have to turn an experience into a metaphysical system to respect it.
The real question isn’t what the experience proves about the universe.
It’s what it changes about how you live.
Do you become more honest?
More compassionate?
More willing to face your life?
Those are the insights that matter.
The rest can remain mystery.
"Why can't God love like me?" 💔
In this moving clip, former pastor Ryan Meeks shares the exact moment his evangelical world cracked. After years of praying over every single chair in his church, desperate to "save souls" from eternal fire, he hit a wall of human compassion that his theology couldn't explain.
