First 18 days of February were a blissful business blur! Playing a lil’ catch up here so bear with me…
Hit the road the Monday before the Super Bowl and it was nonstop for a hot minute.
From the SPORT BEACH Clubhouse at the Super Bowl, to three intense and necessary days with Virtuosi League’s LEAP flagship program, to the SPORT BEACH Clubhouse at All-Star Weekend rounding it out with a toast to my partner in crime Beth Lester Sidhu taking stage at PlayMakeHer, recognizing incredible contributions to the world of sport.
Three iconic rooms.
One room that forced me to slow down and actually do the work in between.
The time with Nadine Dietz and the Virtuosi League team through LEAP was one of the most meaningful stops on this entire run.
Sitting in a room of senior leaders and taking on real questions like how we build culture when most interaction is mediated by algorithms was a reset I genuinely needed heading into a big stretch.
The mindset I keep carrying with me right now is simple.
If it’s worth it, I can handle it.
This stretch tested that in the best way.
When the purpose is clear, the pace becomes fuel.
To everyone I crossed paths with along the way, grateful for the conversations, the energy, and the work we’re doing together. This is why we show up.

These guys… rocking life happy and pretty darn healthy at 80+… best friends since 13 yrs old. From skipping class to street fights… from doing right to maybe doing lil time… from working hard to living right… from $5 tattoos to finding their way… from riding thousands of miles on motorcycles to throwing cards. The friendship btwn these two is admirable and stands the test of time. Both light up a room with their heart and soul. Together they are pure magic.
