Final round of @triplecrownseries@waltonraceway was wild. It was a B- performance to end the year. I didnāt gel with the ruts as much as I visualized. Still some major improvement over last year (didnāt qualify for motos in 2024).
It was cool having @lifeofwyxtt out like old times with the camera. And ofcourse @annaboily to point out all the areas where Iām slow š.
Thank you @peterderry96 for completing another season with me. It was a great one. Letās keep the ball rolling.

Moto 1 - lap 1 I saw P11 on the pit board and thought āalright Iām gunna breathe and focus forwardā (I didnāt breathe haha) By lap 5 my rear brake boiled over and I blew off the track coming into a corner after a downhill. Lost about 6-8 positions but kept it rolling. I found some lines that would allow me to carry more speed, less braking and finished 20th (Not the track to lose a rear brake)
I handled the heat ok in the second moto but didnāt have enough juice in me to really go. Needed about 4 seconds a lap more to be where I wanted. Still finished 15th. Iām happy with my opening lap speeds and I qualified better than usual which was cool.

Gopher was hot. And all 208lbs of this big Roblox body was producing some HEAT boi. The dunes has never been my favourite, but itās my Misogi, the one event a year that pushes my ability to function in the heat. The track kinda blows tbh. Itās flat and the layout has become a bit boring. Tough to get excited out there. Went 19-19. Not where Iād like to be. But atleast this weekend we were in the motos ā ļø.
