My new favorite salmon recipe 😋 I was inspired by the Vietnamese dish Caramel Chicken…. I bake the salmon with a glaze of brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, etc, then top it with a salad made of cucumbers, red onions, mint and cilantro. It is insanely delicious and such an easy dinner!! Comment WATCH for a link to watch the recipe on my new show It’s Not Complicated!

I LOVE beef stroganoff so much, and it’s a recipe that’s near and dear to my heart…. I made it when I was 12 years old for my very first dinner party (which took place during a blizzard and my grandparents were my guests)….I even had my mom film me, like I had my own cooking show, describing all the steps and showing how to set the table. I guess even then, I knew what I wanted to do someday.
I think about that evening every time I make this dish, and it’s even become a favorite for Iris (just don’t tell her it has mushrooms!!)
Hope you enjoy it as much as we do ❤️

I loooove Beef Stroganoff, it was the first recipe I ever made for a dinner party (I was 12 years old, and had my grandparents over in the middle of a blizzard!). This recipe is Iris-approved, just don’t tell her there are mushrooms in it. Can’t wait to share this one with you all ❤️❤️❤️
