10 years since the Formation World Tour, where my life pivoted. I had worked on @beyonce projects before, but that first tour? It was where late nights and little sleep taught me work ethic like no other. One lesson I carry: If you’re in the room with good energy, you’re influencing it. As long as you don’t bring negativity, you’re contributing. Let’s all reflect on what rooms we’re in and the energy we bring. #formationworldtour #10yearanniversary #crewloveistruelove

Facetimes with Friends Is this hitting home for you too? When people ask you out, but you’re holding back, trying to save in this economy? And are you also feeling like a lot of folks are connecting on the surface, but not much deeper? Just sharing a window into how we talk when we’re being real. Drop a comment if you’re feeling this—are you saving money or going out regardless?

First Brazilian Carnaval: I came as a mystery and left as a reminder. When I let myself move, dream, and get a little unreal, I felt true freedom... and the room felt it too. Mask on. Look locked. Energy loud. Met some influential people, made a few moments, and kept it moving. Be yourself. Don’t be scared of what makes you feel great. PLAY. 🖤✨ #bailedaarara #Brazil #carnaval

So, this isn’t actually me... it’s AI. But yeah, it looks just like me, because I’m a perfectionist. That’s what I do: I make things look right. I’ve been learning the prompts, making it as real as I can, and honestly, I’m just leveling up for whatever pivot comes next. So, let’s see what’s next. Stay tuned. #AIArt #MidJourney #OpenArt #Seedance15Pro #AICreativity

Why is it so hard for people to say what they actually feel… without projecting it onto somebody else? I think a lot of us were taught to protect our pride first and communicate second. So instead of: “Hey, I miss you.” we say: “Funny… because you said you wanted me.” Instead of: “I feel insecure.” we say: “People love to play games.” Instead of: “I need clarity.” we say: “Good luck.” And I get it — vulnerability is scary. But projection doesn’t create closeness… it creates confusion, defensiveness, and distance. It turns a simple feeling into a whole courtroom case. Here’s the antidote I’m practicing (and it’s helped me a lot): Name the feeling. Name the story. Ask a clean question. ✅ Feeling: “I’m feeling hurt / anxious / unsure.” ✅ Story: “My brain is telling me you don’t care / you’re pulling away.” ✅ Question: “Is that true? Can we talk about where we stand?” Because the truth is… if you want real connection, you have to speak like you want it. Not test people. Not bait them. Not punish them for not reading your mind. And yes — communication is a two-way street. Consistency can’t only show up when one person initiates or when emotions are running hot. If this hit, save it for later. And tell me: what’s one sentence you wish you could say directly, without soft-launching it as shade?

Looking back from 2026, I realize how much can change in just a few years. Life has its twists and turns, and we all go through our own journeys of growth and evolution. But for me, this 2016 challenge is a reminder of a time when I felt a certain kind of freedom and confidence in just being myself. As I look ahead, I want to carry that energy forward and continue to exceed my own expectations, finding new ways to feel as free and as confident as I did then. Here’s to embracing the changes and always striving to evolve and elevate. #2016challenge #freedom #morelife

Here I am in Brazil, just living, laughing, and figuring shit out as I go. Half the time I’m just reading the room from the vibe and body language, and honestly, I’m out here like, ‘What the F#CK is even happening?’ But the more I just stay present and trust myself, the more I realize I’m actually getting it. It’s all about patience and putting in the work. So if you’re out there learning something new or figuring things out, just keep doing your thing. What’s one area in your life right now that could use a little more patience? Let’s give ourselves that space to grow. #LearningPortuguese #BlackBoyJoy #RealLifeMoments

I’ve been thinking a lot about transitions lately. In DJing, they’re EVERYTHING. In life, same thing. I’ll be honest, I’m picky about transitions. I hate a sloppy blend, and I’ve always put in the work to make sure my mixes feel smooth, intentional, and easy. If it doesn’t feel good, I’m not letting it ride. Spinning on Abricó (Brazil’s iconic nude beach) was a reminder to loosen up in other ways. To drop the fear, be present, and stop overthinking every move. I’m trying not to let fear or the idea of failure decide what I do, and instead step into this next phase a little more free and a little more bold. Talent gets attention, but ease keeps people around. Just like a good transition, it’s not forced — it’s felt. Here’s to mastering the art of transitioning; between tracks, between moments, and into whatever’s next. New sets on the way. What are you transitioning into this year?#NewYearNewBeats #Abrico #FearlessTransitions
