I chose this picture not because I’m 24 in it. I’m not 24 in it. Probably more like 4. But that’s not the point. When I looked closely on at my eyes, something about them looked anxious and a little scared. I don’t think there was an any particular reason why.
To me, this concealed anxiety and fear mimicked my feelings at the time as a 23 y/o turning 24 who was terrified of what growing up means.
