On the 19th we wrapped principal photography on ‘James’, concluding my first shoot leading a feature film. I still feel the afterglow and want to dedicate this post to the members of the cast and crew. Each day of the 16 day shoot with this team was a dream. I was constantly pinching myself, simultaneously wanting to remain grounded in the experience and hoping that I wouldn’t wake up from it. As a professional and an individual I learned more than I could have imagined I would, and I will carry the lessons learned with me forever. Thank you most of all to @qwcinema for opening your story up to the world and allowing us to share in the creation of this collective dream. I am in admiration of your vulnerability, humbled by your belief in me, and giddily awaiting the fully fledged manifestation of your vision. You opened your heart to the world and that’s all any of us can hope to do in this life :)

1️⃣ Timothée Chalamet vibes. He looks expensive and very UES. It gives Gossip Girl or an HBO drama like The Undoing.
2️⃣ Youthful and scrappy. We’d find him in middle America, working in his dad’s car shop, always wanting to try to get out of that small town. Great for something like Wednesday and The Outsiders.
3️⃣ and 4️⃣ Different shades of preppy. We have a more seductive version and a kind version of a preppy, CW, golf course, Billions & Suits type of guy. Which guy will you trust and which will deceive you? Muahaha.
