The even funnier part of this story is how I came to pick Shorewood Realtors in Manhattan Beach in 2012. I knew I wanted to get back into Real Estate. I knew I wanted to make the transition from the westside to the South Bay. I just didn’t know which brokerage. Well along comes a job posting on Craig’s List from a brokerage named Shorewood in Manhattan Beach with a hook that was something akin to, “Take this test to see if you share the same traits as our most successful agents!” So I take this cheesy 20 or 30 question multiple choice test and lo and behold it says, “Congrats! You share many of the same traits as our most successful agents! Our first annual beach cleanup is a wrap! I'm thankful for the support of my family and friends that came out and amazed at how quickly and just how much trash we picked up! More than anything, it's important to me to share my love of the environment with Logan and modeling responsible behavior in looking after the natural treasures that are all around us. He loved it as well! Looking forward to next year and an even more successful event!
