This reel isnât just a show of my work, itâs a reflection of whatâs shaped me. The highs, the stillness, the setbacks.
These frames carry a piece of that story, moments of light, love, progress, and a gentle nod to the unseen and unspoken.
I started making content as a way to create, but somewhere along the way it became something else.
â¨A way to process.â¨To reconnect.â¨To ground myself and remember what truly matters.
Becoming a dad changed everything.â¨It taught me that strength isnât found in what you hold back, itâs in what you allow yourself to feel.
â¨That mental health isnât a destination, itâs a discipline.â¨The daily act of showing up, of being present, of staying loyal to your values, and becoming the version of yourself you can be proud of.
If youâre somewhere in that space, rebuilding, reflecting, or just trying to keep moving, know that youâre not alone.â¨Weâre all figuring it out, one frame, one step, one day at a time.
Even though thereâs no flame. There is something about sitting by a fire pit, that just unlocks the conversation.
Wouldnât it be great if there was a podcast, where we just sit around the fire, peel back the layers and get into the real stuff.
Thoughts?
Thereâs a side of dementia people donât talk about.
Walking in to your loved oneâs room with hope.
Walking out with reality.
Dementia doesnât just affect the person diagnosed.
It affects everyone who loves them.
To hear Ryan and Louise talk about dementia, listen to our latest episode at midnight. It will be available on Spotify, Apple Music or wherever you normally listen to your podcasts đ§
AD This trip to the Lakes with @arladairyuk felt like a reminder that wellbeing can be so simple.â¨
A few days of hiking in big landscapes, cold water dips in the lake, shared meals, long conversations, all shaped around the Icelandic idea that how we live fuels us just as much as what we eat.
Iâve eaten Arla Skyr for years, long before this trip. Because it tastes great, itâs naturally high in protein, fat free, and the kind of sustaining fuel that fits real life, whether thatâs training, fatherhood, work, or mornings when life moves fast. But spending time with the brand gave me a deeper appreciation for its roots. Skyr has been part of Nordic life for centuries.Â
Simple food, made well.
What made this partnership feel natural to me is that it sits in territory I care about anyway. Resilience, connection, the outdoors, and the small rituals that support wellbeing. Things I talk about here all the time, and often in my Letters to Leo. So this never felt like stepping into someone elseâs story, more like telling my own through a shared lens.
And I liked that this campaign wasnât really about performance in the usual sense.
â¨It was about energy in a broader sense. The kind that comes from moving your body. Being outdoors. Eating well. And slowing down enough to feel alive in what youâre doing.
That may have been my biggest takeaway from the trip.Â
Fuel isnât just nutrition. Itâs environment. Experience. People.
If you havenât tried Arla Skyr, give it a go, especially if youâre looking for something naturally high in protein that fits easily into everyday life.

Thereâs something about cooking outdoors that just slows everything down.
No rush. No pressure to be anywhere else.Just good food, BBQ fired up, and time together.
For me, itâs not just about the BBQ itself.ďż˝Itâs the moments that form around it: long afternoons that roll into evenings, conversations, time together you didnât plan, plates shared without thinking.
The sounds, the smells, the smoke catching the light, the sharp licks of the flame.
Iâve leaned into it more and more, not just in summer, but all year round.ďż˝Because the feeling doesnât change with the season.
ďż˝And Iâve realised something: the easier something is to begin, the more often you return to it.
That goes for almost any good habit. Less friction. More ritual.
Thatâs what I like about gas. Twist. Ignite. Cook.ďż˝Straight into the moment.
This, for me, is the dream setup: pizza on the table, something on the grill/BBQ/pizza oven, everyone justâŚrelaxing.
The BBQ season never really ends.

I was ten when I first clipped into skis.
Heâs doing it now, at age four and Iâm so excited that he gets to start this early.
One of my biggest ambitions as a dad, and Iâm sure other dads will feel this, is that Leo grows up to be better than me at absolutely everything.
For now, itâs on me to give him a leg up.
Iâm just stoked to be here.
