Often arriving with charged intensity, these looping cycles of push and pull, rupture and reconciliation, can reveal what lies beneath our defenses. What roles do we unconsciously repeat?
What a hauntingly beautiful experience to navigate the fragile boundary between holding on and letting go, the desire to manage outcomes and the vulnerability of allowing ourselves to be seen. This incredibly frustrating yet delicious tension becomes the catalyst that forces our identity to shift, our hearts to crack open, and our lives to be transformed. What a f# ked alchemical journey.
