1. Pick up your rope
2. Double under from the first rep
3. Continue this for a set of 20
4. Toe catch to complete the set
5. Lay the rope in a U-shape for a clean transition
Itโs a lot easier to find a rhythm when you aren't fighting your equipment. Once the gear clicks, the reps follow.
