Made it to the south of France and the town of Perpignan (and the surrounding region) has been absolutely incredible. This whole tour is flying by and we’re off to Toulouse and Bordeaux today and tomorrow. We all know that French cuisine is some of the best in the world, but yesterday’s 3 course meal our bands had was just ridiculous.
