“Wheeling back from the stage… and already focused on 2027. 💪♿
Now the real work begins.
The cut and the stage prep tested me physically, but this next phase might test me even more mentally. Stepping into a proper growth phase means accepting the scale going up again, and honestly, that’s something my head struggles with. After pushing so hard to get lean, every instinct says ‘don’t gain the weight back.’
But bodybuilding is a long game. Growth takes time, patience, trust, and complete commitment to the process. If I want to improve, evolve, and bring a better package in 2027, then I have to embrace this stage just as much as the prep.
No shortcuts. No excuses. Full commitment. 🔥
For now, I’m wheeling away from the stage… but make no mistake, I’ll be wheeling back.
And while I reset, rebuild, and refocus, I’ll still be right there supporting my incredible fiancée @zoe.williams1981 every step of the way ❤️”
First Ride of 2026 ✅
First day in the book for 2026 and what a ride it was. Absolutely loved being back out there! Thank you @benmilward for the invite
I’d forgotten just how much I missed it. Six months off the bike has been way too long… but we’re finally back where we belong.
Huge thanks to Dad for coming out and getting the bike sorted through the winter — couldn’t do it without you 💙
Buzzing to be back and ready for what the season ahead brings. Let’s go! 💪🔥

Back from holiday ☀️
Hotel gym had been refurbished and it was absolutely perfect for my weights – everything I needed, sessions hit bang on, spot on every time 💪
But cardio… no upright bike 😅 so it was treadmill or nothing.
So I set myself a challenge: 20 minutes every single day on the treadmill.
If I did it, my reward was simple – I earned my sunbed time for the rest of the day 🌴
Now, for most people 20 minutes of steady walking doesn’t sound like much.
For me, living and training with cerebral palsy, 20 minutes of constant walking is absolute hell. It’s tough. It burns. It takes focus. It takes grit.
But we did it. Every day.
And I’m so glad I did.
Weight stayed good. Body felt good. Mind felt even better. Had a brilliant holiday without feeling like I’d undone months of work.
Movement with cerebral palsy isn’t always pretty. It isn’t easy. But it is powerful.
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about doing what you can, with what you’ve got, where you are.
Earn the sunbed. 🫶
This one means a lot.
I’m a disabled personal trainer, and this is @ryanashman_
Ryan was paralysed in a motocross accident 10 years ago.
We trained together 7–8 years back, but at the time he was travelling an hour each way from Bath to Yeovil, starting a full-time job, and life just got in the way.
Fast forward to now.
Ryan’s had a tough couple of years, time off training, weight gain, and found himself in a bit of a hole.
Then I got the message I love getting:
“Can I come back?”
Ryan is now booked in for two PT sessions a week.
He’s choosing to travel that distance again — even though he lives in a city with loads of gyms — because most places don’t get it.
I do.
Because of my own disability, I understand movement, adaptation, and what actually works.
He’s on a food plan.
He’s all in.
He’s committed.
And trust me… watch these results come.
This video shows just a small part of it — sled pulls, bag up-and-overs with rotation. Proof that cardio doesn’t need to be boring and training can be hard, effective, and fun — whatever your ability.
If you or someone you know has a disability and wants to change their lifestyle, improve fitness, or simply keep moving — drop me a message.
I’m here, and I genuinely get it.

🐾 Saying goodbye to our boy Toby ❤️
It’s been busy, emotional, exhausting — but we wouldn’t change a thing.
Here’s to an even bigger 2026 🥂✨
That’s a wrap on this year 🎬🔥
What a year it’s been 💪🎄
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to every single member of the gym @fitnessyeovil and all of my PT clients & online clients @coachedbythecouple 🙌 This is my last wrap before Christmas and the new year, and honestly, I couldn’t be more grateful ❤️
From massive weight drops 📉, dress sizes down 👗, strength gained 💥 and confidence built… to people absolutely smashing goals in motocross 🏍️, enduro, quad racing 🚜, and everything in between. The standards, the consistency, the effort — unreal 👊
Seeing people transform, shape up, feel better, and achieve things they once thought impossible has been incredible ✨
I’ve hit some big personal goals myself this year too 🧠💪 and that wouldn’t happen without the amazing people I get to work with every day.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your continued support and trust 🙏
It genuinely means everything.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas 🎅🎁 and a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year 🎉🥂
Here’s to hitting even more goals together in 2026 🚀💥
Cancellation Policy Update – 2026
After 25 years in the industry, I’ve never had a cancellation policy in place.
However, with the number of last-minute cancellations increasing, I now need to introduce one going forward.
This is purely to be fair — to my business, and to the clients on my waiting list who would happily take that session.
From 2026:
• Less than 8 hours’ notice – full session charge
• More than 8 hours’ notice – no charge
I completely understand that life happens — illness, emergencies, things crop up.
But like dentists, doctors, and other professionals, missed appointments impact the business and can’t always be filled at short notice.
I’ve got a business to run, significant overheads, and a waiting list of people ready to train — this policy simply helps keep things fair for everyone.
Thanks, as always, for your continued support 🤍💪
Backstage at PCA Worlds.
Next phase for 2026 starts now — full swing, with Christmas dropped in the middle (and we’re definitely going to enjoy it).
But outside of Christmas… we stay dedicated, we stay on the game.
Let’s see what 2026 brings.
