This past weekend, I attended the @camasfinefoods X @rustwine Paired Plates Wine Tasting Experience!
It was a wonderful evening of wine paired with a cascade of hors dβoeuvres. π
The space at Camas transformed into an interactive tasting salon for an evening of fun, flavour, conversation, and connection. We sipped on terroir-driven wines from Rust Wine Co., enjoyed small bites from Camas, and met the makers behind the glass and the plate.
Winemaker Ryan de Witte and sommelier Michel Pambrun were in the room, pouring, sharing, and guiding an informal tasting as the evening unfolded. Chefs Sarah, Taka, and Leo absolutely nailed every plate of food! π Thank you to stewards Lindsay and Dragan for being so patient throughout the evening as I captured the whole experience. πΈ
