BREWERY HOURS As we head into 2026, we’re back to our regular winter hours. Monday & Tuesday | CLOSED Wednesday & Thursday | 12pm - 9pm Friday & Saturday | 12pm - 11pm Sunday | 10am - 6pm Come grab a beer, some nachos, or brunch on Sunday!

Gone Fishing has officially swam its way online 🎣 Packed with banana chips, chocolate, cashews, pretzels, and one lucky gummy fishing worm, this mix was made for early mornings at the lake, tackle boxes in the truck, dock snacks, and “just one more cast” energy. Fun fact- planned a dreamy little lakeside shoot but was absolutely humbled by the Okanagan weather. AHH! Our Cold IPA is ON TAP! BREWERS NOTES: For this one, we let our ale yeast have a vacation and replace it with a lager yeast for this cold-fermented IPA. This brew has a crisp, refreshing backbone like a lager but is accentuated by delicious, fruity and piney hop notes making for a complex IPA drinking experience 🍻 It’s truly delicious and a fav for patio sipping!

Wow. I am truly blown away by the love and support from our post yesterday. The only intention was to make sure we reached our Mother’s Day diners and had the opportunity to provide them with an experience worthy of the celebratory day. Even though we had some staffing issues, the team we have here at Rustic is THE BEST. Every person behind the bar, clearing tables, taking orders, serving food, and preparing meals is doing everything to ensure you have the best experience possible. And sometimes, like we experienced on Mother’s Day, we have unforeseen battles to navigate. The stress! Before we get back to regularly scheduled programming, I wanted to take this time to thank each and every staff member, because they are the ones truly making sure you’re having the best experience and helping when anything falls a little short. It’s a great reminder of how unpredictable the hospitality industry can be. But also why we love it. So if you come visit us, know that our team is doing their best, they’re excited to serve you, and they’ll do everything possible to make sure you have a great time with us. And if the food is taking a little too long… we can always run and grab you another beer. We are a brewery after all. 😘 Also realizing we need more team photos asap 😂 enjoy this one from last summer.
