We host our classes monthly on a Monday evening. It’s a relaxed introduction with help from our team. Tickets include a 2.5 hr class, bottomless wine throughout the evening, a selection of Italian nibbles, fresh pasta to take home and a delicious pasta dinner prepared by our chefs.

Rustico Deli is brought to you by three Italian families on a mission to bring the authentic taste of Italy to kitchens & homes all over Suffolk. One of the highlights from the new menu is the ‘Gnocchi di Ricotta & Pesto Verde’. Our homemade Gnocchi recipe includes ricotta, which keeps them very soft and light. They’re then tossed in fresh pesto (rocket, basil, almonds, Parmesan) and topped with fresh rocket & almond flakes.
