First new single “Alive” feat. røxy thompson off my new 5-track EP “The Return of Adrenaline Rush.” Link in bio.
Not gonna lie, this project leans much darker than some of my more recent folk hop material.
This is probably the most accessible track on the record, so it felt like the right place to start.
This record is a return to some of my earlier song writing, which focused more intensely on feelings and themes related to river running, risk taking and mortality.
As always, thanks for listening. 🎧🎶🙏

@thelittlewhitesalmonrace snuck into the top 10 in 9th (somehow) 👴🏻🤷♂️
Grateful to still be out here and still learning year after year. 🙏
Shout out to the 80+ racers who showed up and to @egthekilla@toddwellskayak and everyone who puts this on. And the afterparty… wild as always. Crazy to think how far it’s come from the feral campground days. 😝😸
Between the parties we built and the bow rocker on your boats you youngsters don’t know how good you have it. 😝😎🎉
Much ❤️ to the community here.
It’s not a party until @pitviper shows up. @rushsturges AKA Rudy Rampage repping ferdabois
Thanks 🙏 Pit Viper for supporting the race with tons to shades to raffle off and stoke the party goers out!
Plastic’s versatility, durability, and affordability have made it an essential material. At the same time, it has become a growing pollutant impacting ways of life around the world.
The second film in our human‑interest series, created in partnership with Rainshadow Films and Riverroots Productions, “The Human Side of Plastic: Abby Barrows” explores the effects of plastic pollution on Maine’s lobster fishing and aquaculture industries.
The film follows microplastics researcher and oyster farmer Abby Barrows, owner of Deer Isle Oyster Company, as she works to identify sustainable solutions to protect coastal livelihoods.
Abby’s story highlights that individual action can only go so far. We need stronger regulation to drive change at scale.

The Human Side of Plastic by Deer Isle filmmaker Abby Barrows proves that the most powerful environmental storytelling starts close to home.

First impressions of the new Manu from @wakakayaks 🛶 • One of the best rocker profiles I’ve experienced in a kayak. • At 9 ft with edges, it’s more dynamic than something like an OG, but in a really fun way. •I feel most at home in an OG over any kayak but to be honest I hopped in this at 4.3 on the Ldub and it felt easy to me right out the gate. •Honestly a little on the bigger side for me at 165 lbs, but I actually like a bigger boat when things get pushy and it certainly did not feel “too big.” Fully loaded it would be a multi day machine. • Im stoked to get more laps in it and feel like this is one of the most fun designs I’ve ever paddled! Shout out to Kenny and the team for continuing to make awesome designs!
