Weeks posts
Some of the #typography and design promoting the @kiwisinclimate book launch tour, starting this week in Pōneke/Wellington, then bouncing around the country! From Insta posts to Powerpoint, to wayfinding poster and tabletop signage, @runwithrun 's mahi on the book cover and the beautiful Takarangi pattern has been a great platform for me to roll out an adaptable plethora of materials, quickly and consistently. There are still seats to many of the events, check out kiwisinclimate.org to grab a ticket!

We’re proud to have partnered with Whau Mental Health Research Foundation to create their annual appeal campaign. The campaign is underpinned by the strategic insight that Whau is one of the only charities in Aotearoa dedicated solely to funding mental health research. By making the questions themselves visible, the creative expresses that unique point of difference. The campaign features question marks personified in everyday settings – a therapist’s office, a café, and a park bench. Each scene sparks curiosity, reminding us that every discovery begins with a question, and every donation helps turn those questions into potentially life-saving answers. The goal: to raise $50,000 by World Mental Health Day, 10 October 2025, funding research that could change lives. Keep an eye out for the campaign as it rolls out nationwide, across digital, social, and out-of-home – from billboards to street posters nationwide. Donate today and help fund the answers: .nz/appeal @whaufoundationnz

“Ko te kupu whakahāwea meinga hei wero ki te hinengaro. Let belittling words be a challenge to the mind.” The last in our series celebrating @reomaori and Te Wiki o te Reo Māori, this design takes inspiration from this whakataukī – linking to self-reflection, and a call to transform negativity into strength, and to meet challenges with resilience and clarity of thought. This week we’ve been sharing a series of tiki designs, each one grounded in a whakataukī that honours the wisdom of te ao Māori through contemporary design. Anchored in the kīwaha “Heia tō ihi, hei tiki”, this series encourages Aotearoa to carry and share the kaupapa with pride. Now complete, the collection will be gifted as fine art prints to Te Uru Karaka Newton Central School’s Te Whānau Awahou o Te Aka Pūkāea, supporting their mahi to nurture and grow te reo Māori for the next generation.

“Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takitini. Success is not the work of an individual, but the work of many.” Today’s design, in our series celebrating @reomaori and Te Wiki o te Reo Māori, reflects the spirit of collaboration – a reminder that true strength is found in collective effort. At Run, this whakataukī speaks directly to how we work every day: side by side, bringing together creativity, culture, and strategy as a team. This piece is designed in our own in-house branding style, carrying the essence of who we are and how we create together.
