Somehow, I still found myself participating in #TheSpeedProject And on thing I learned is…. It’s good for the runner to suffer, LIFE IS RICHER THAT WAY. . Hope to see these powerlines again next time with a crew of my own 🏴🏴🏴

TSP LA 2 LV Update 2 my supporters: After much reflection and with a heavy heart, I’ve made the difficult decision to defer my race until next year. Running has been a defining part of my life for the past 12 years. It’s carried me through many chapters of my life, taught me resilience, and reminded me of how strong and dedicated I am to goals. But in the past two months, my heart has been in a tender spot, The loss of a family member, followed immediately by being displaced for three weeks due to the fires, has taken a toll. I’ve done my best to balance training while supporting my community and volunteering where I can, but the truth is, I’ve burned out. And while running is physical, I know I need to be mentally strong too and right now, I’m not there. Never in a million years did I think I’d even have a chance to run this super niche, underground race. I went from being an observer to actually becoming a solo contender, and that alone is huge for me. Growing up, I never had the opportunity to take on something this big, to chase something so ambitious. Just having the chance to step into this space, to even consider running The Speed Project, is something I don’t take lightly. I believe there’s strength in honesty, and I want to be honest with myself and with you all. This goal has meant so much to me, and I am beyond grateful for the generosity, encouragement, and kindness so many of you have shown whether through support, logistics, or simply uplifting words. It has truly touched my heart and has kept me running. I remain fully committed to training for the 2026 TSP race. This journey isn’t over, just shifting timelines. Keep an eye out for updates, because this is still something I have my heart set on. In the spirit of TSP: IT WAS BETTER NEXT YEAR. #THESPEEDPROJECT #ITWASBETTEENEXTYEAR

✨ Meet Recap ✨ This was my 4th meet and probably my funnest. After about 3.5 years of training, I finally hit my goal of lifting over 1000lbs! In my mind, I’m finally becoming a strong girl 🥹💪🏾 and as always, I placed 1st 😊 Honestly the work put into prepping for this was rough but taught me how to have a lot of patience with myself. The two weeks leading up to it honestly had me in tears because I kept failing all my lifts. I’m super grateful for my wonderful coach @a_little_mary for helping get through the doubt and believing in me. Also super thankful to my friends for supporting me with cute af signs! @mari.anthonette @shantalmantal @jnetlouise @snakeywoman @ml6039butterflies @omghi2nick @realjtjames @lizzypicardi and everyone else who tuned in to watch the live stream. And HUGE thank you to @rose_city_barbell for being an AMAZING gym to train in! Anyways, I’m not good at recaps but yeah! Thank you to @socal_powerlifting for an amazing meet! 📸: @harry3oi #powerlifting #girlswholift #latinalifters

✨ HEY! ✨ I’m super excited to announce my next wild adventure! For years, I’ve followed @thespeedproject ‘s LALV run and have dreamed of making the same trek as so many strong runners have. Last year it was beautiful to watch the relay teams and solo runners alike make their way through the desert and finally end up in Las Vegas. This year, I am EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT I WILL BE JOINING IN ON THE WILD ADVENTURE! . Next year I will be running ~340 MILES from LA to LV. SOLO. And I’ll will be doing it in ✨ style ✨ as I do everything else. I’ve never ran more than 50km, so with no set route, no aid stations, and no set rules, taking on this 500+ km race will be GRUELING and HUMBLING. the distance is daunting, but I know the journey will make it all worth it! I approach all my runs and races with childlike ambition and curiosity. I have seen and been told how inspiring I can be. I’ve encouraged so many to start running and push their limits while enjoying the process the whole way. I believe in trying new things, taking risks, challenging yourself, and most importantly: HAVING FUN. So I’ll be documenting my process for anyone who wants to follow along!
