We had the honor of being part of a beautifully curated prix fixe dinner at the De Pere Cultural Center, alongside the incredible team at Runaway Spoon. Each course was thoughtfully paired with wines to create a truly elevated dining experience. With live harp music from @jill_grohusky_music , setting the tone, the evening felt both refined and unforgettable. Our team ensured every detail flowed effortlessly—serving each wine course perfectly aligned with @runspoon cultivated meal and experience. Have you heard?! We have a new partnership with @mulvaculturalcenter , our neighbor in downtown De Pere! For the first time we will be catering in this beautiful and amazing facility. From private events to new pop-up dinners we're hosting, we are so excited to practice our craft in this gorgeous place! Our usual catering services will remain unchanged, but we're so excited for this new addition! Check out their rentable spaces and our upcoming Mongolian and Primavera prix fixe dinners.

A lot of fresh perch was served last weekend for a Wisconsin Supper Club themed rehearsal dinner. We made Pabst Blue Ribbon battered lake perch, grilled beef tenderloin, macaroni & cheese, twice baked potatoes. @kresspavilion
