Joined @harrybakerpoet today for the Equal parenting week march for increased paternity leave. Found it surprisingly moving to think that @bonnyjaker and I were able to make the choice to share work and parenting back in the 90s and now have two sons who are doing the same. #equalparentingweek #pushforpaternityleave
A truly joyful run at Benfleet 15 this morning. 15 miles of trails and mud that brought out the best in everyone. Marshals and spectators telling complete strangers that they’re looking strong, running well, going to make it to the end. If only the rest of life were more like this. My favourite way to spend a Sunday morning. This is my church. This is where I heal my hurts.
From initial stitches on a beach in Malta, to a pause before Christmas to allow for sock knitting, my @rukeofficial #yogawintersweater is finished and blocked. Really pleased with it; I lengthened both the body and sleeves to fit me. Very cosy!

Wonderful week in Malta with @bonnyjaker and @loubakerartist . Found beautiful places to swim and knit, visited catacombs and cliffs, had a full moon swim and enjoyed exploring Valletta and Mdina.
Day in the wood. Jonny brought down two trees that had blown over in the storm - one ash, one beech. Chopped most of them up and stacked them. Beautiful day.
