This didn’t start with a product. Over the past five years with @runningdiversity , we’ve had the opportunity to show up, listen, and support the work being done to make running more inclusive. From community events to shared initiatives—every step has been about building something better, together. Move as One is a reflection of that journey. And a reminder that this work continues. Because when every body runs together, we don’t just move—we rise.

Every pair tells a bigger story. Designed in collaboration with @runningdiversity , the ‘Move as One’ sock features a series of silhouettes, each representing different bodies, paces, and journeys within the running community. Individually, each figure stands on its own. Together, they create something stronger. A reflection of what running looks like when it truly belongs to all of us. Because progress doesn’t happen alone. It happens when every runner is seen, valued, and moving forward—together. Available now.

Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your support system shouldn’t be either. That’s why we created Movement For All, Powered by On. We know everyone’s relationship with movement looks different. Your schedule, your body, your goals, your starting point. So instead of asking people to fit into one version of fitness, we built a program designed to meet you where you are. Through this six-month funded program, you’ll be connected with a coach or training program from our network that fits your lifestyle and your needs. Whether you’re returning to movement, trying something new, building consistency, or training toward a personal goal, this program was created to help remove barriers and make support more accessible. Because movement should feel possible and you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone. Find joy in movement again. Reach your goals, in your community. Apply now at runningdiversity.com or click the link in our bio. #Running4Diversity

Movement means something different when everyone is part of it. For the past five years, we’ve partnered with @runningdiversity to help build a more inclusive running community. One that reflects the people who make it move. “Move as One” is a reflection of that work. Different bodies. Different paces. Different journeys. All moving forward—together. This isn’t a one-time collaboration. It’s a continued commitment to doing the work and moving the sport forward, step by step. Because when every runner is seen, valued, and represented, we don’t just move. We rise. Shop the Move as One Limited-edition design—link in bio.

Movement means something different to all of us, and that’s exactly the point! We asked our community: What does movement mean to you? And the answers reminded us why we do this. For some, it’s healing.
For others, it’s freedom.
It’s grounding. It’s joy. It’s discipline. It’s release.
It’s finding your way back to yourself and not having to do it alone. For us at RIDC, movement means creating space where everyone belongs and has the support to keep going. Movement For All, Powered by On was built with all of this in mind. Find joy in movement again. Reach your goals, in your community. Applications are still open! Sign up today using the link in bio. Tell us below. What does movement mean to you? #Running4Diversity

“This is big!” says Running Industry Diversity Coalition @runningdiversity executive director Kiera Smalls @kierasmalls on this week’s podcast, launching tomorrow. She’s talking about a new program, Movement For All, just launched by the RIDC. This initiative provides women with 6 months of fully funded fitness coaching and training. For runners and nonrunners alike, the goal is to meet women where they're at and help them establish, reestablish, or redefine their movement practices. Learn more and apply today: @runningdiversity or nningdiversity.com/movement-for-all. And tune in tomorrow for the whole conversation. Get to know Kiera—her movement and running background, how she became the leader she is today, her work with the RIDC, and more—in this conversation with cohosts Verna NezBegay Volker @hozhorunner4 and Alison Mariella Désir @alisonmdesir , both of whom are also co-founders of the RIDC. This episode is SO GOOD! Watch on YouTube or listen on your favorite podcast app. Links in bio. #runningcommunity

You’ve seen the teasers… and now we can finally say it out loud. RIDC’s Movement For All, Powered by On is here! This is more than a program. It’s an invitation. An invitation to move in a way that feels right for you. An invitation to be supported. An invitation to come back to yourself through movement. Through this six-month funded program. You’ll be matched with a coach or training program from our national network and receive the support you need at no cost. Your goal is yours to define. Whether that’s training for a first race, moving again after injury, building a consistent routine, or simply reconnecting with movement. The coaching infrastructure is there to support whatever that looks like. Tag a friend who could benefit from a program like this below!! Click the link in our bio or visit runningdiversity.com to learn more and apply! #Running4Diversity

Guess what? We’re providing six months of fully funded coaching and training support to help you start moving, or get back to it with confidence! Movement For All, Powered by On is here… and it just landed in ESSENCE! Yeah, we did that. When we thought about where this program needed to go live, it wasn’t just about reach. It was about resonance. ESSENCE is a cultural cornerstone for Black women. A space that has always held stories with care, depth, and intention. So announcing Movement For All there felt right. Movement For All is designed to expand what access to movement can look like for people who deserve to be supported, seen, and prioritized. To see it reflected on a platform like ESSENCE is a reminder that what we’re building is bigger than a moment. It’s part of a larger shift. This one means a lot.
