After the grind, take care of the mind. We are conditioned to stay fast in the day, get in a hard workout and continue on our way. For @brandyunderpressure with @runitnsb we ended the session with some mindfullness breathing while stretching to reset the nervous system, to take her body out of the fight or flight response. Adding to the recovery, balanced, centered, grounded, ready for her day. #purefitnsb #consciousvitality #gluteday
