For the past 18 months, With Endurance With Purpose run coaching has been growing steadfastly through word of mouth, and I’m so grateful for my OG athletes who trusted me from the beginning. I’m so excited to share this broadly now. I earned my UESCA run coach certification the night before running a marathon (very Holly of me), and since then, I’ve been deliberately focused on guiding runners from their very first miles to Boston Marathon qualifying times. That specific journey—beginners to BQ—is where this focus lies. But here’s what matters most to me: keeping running as a part of your life, not your whole life. Balance. Priority. Purpose. You have work, family, responsibilities, and dreams outside of running. My job is to help you reach your goals while honoring everything else that makes you, YOU. No contracts. 10 years ago on April 30th (little busy flying home from London that day this year), I started training for my first half marathon the morning before a bachelorette party. Mine, actually. I’m not shy about my journey and the joy and mental strength gained through running. But I’m forever grateful, and always willing to talk about it. So sprinkles were needed to celebrate that 2:28 first half marathon, the 5:03 first marathon, because if it wasn’t for those first miles, I’d never be here. The Boston to London double, or Boston to Big Sur double, is completed enough by runners that I honestly didn’t think was going to be unbearable for me. I had ran Boston & Flying Pig (happy race weekend) last year and while hard, wasn’t horrific. I wrongly assumed the 2 weeks apart vs. 1 wouldn’t be a big difference. Boston was amazing. I left it all out on the course for my PR but it’s a hard course! For the 6 days in between āž”ļø Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: rest Thursday: 3 miles at 10:00 pace, could not run faster Friday: 6.6 miles at 8:52 pace We were walking at least 6 miles a day (the tube was on strike) before the marathon, and Friday I was almost in tears walking. But Saturday my legs felt a lot better and it was similar to running the Dopey Challenge in Disney. Your body just figures it out. At the end of the day, I’ve tried the running ā€œnormsā€ that are inherently, insane, and I’ll tell you, don’t feel the need to repeat these patterns because they are SUPER difficult. I’m putting them behind me and excited to have a year off of marathons until next April! #backtobackmarathons #bostonmarathon #londonmarathon

My legs are exhausted but my heart is full.
