To everyone with an upcoming race: Don’t let one split, one hill, or one tough moment define your day. As @MichellieJones says: “Be happy with the race you had, not the one you wish you’d had.” Run the mile you’re in. Learn from the rest. Keep moving forward. ⚡ #RunDot #RunSmart #RunningMotivation #RaceWeekend #HalfMarathon #MarathonTraining #Runner

She doesn’t miss. The early mornings. The hard days. The moments when it would be easier to stop. Because being a mom didn’t lower the standard... it raised it. Happy Mother’s Day to the women showing up, putting in the work, and setting the example every single day. 💚 #RunDot #MothersDay #WomenWhoRun #RunStrong #EnduranceAthlete

Wildflower isn’t just a race. It’s early mornings. Long climbs. Moments where you question everything
and keep going anyway. Every photo here is a story. Every athlete showed up and earned it. Worth every second. @wildflowerexperience #TriathlonLife #RaceDay #Wildflower #TriDot #FindYourPeople #DoHardThings

Boston Marathon. 12 days later
Wildflower 20K trail race. đŸ„ˆ 2nd Masters đŸ”„ 6th Overall This isn’t just fitness. It’s execution. Most athletes train hard
but race without a plan. Using RunDot + RaceX to predict pace and guide race strategy made Boston a controlled effort — not an emotional one. Which meant showing up 12 days later ready to compete, not just survive. The takeaway? 👉 Smart pacing + fueling = better results 👉 Download the RunDot app at and get a 14-day free trial to start racing smarter. #BostonMarathon #Wildflower #RunDot #RaceX #RaceExecution #TrainSmart #EnduranceTraining #RunningCoach

‱ What started as an idea — running from BBC Glasgow to BBC London, taking on 10 ultra marathons in 10 consecutive days — quickly became something far bigger than just a challenge. When we first announced it, we were told by @mayerbarbora from @comicrelief that Coach @will_usher_precision_coach from @rundottraining was willing to come on board and help us prepare. At that point, he didn’t know a single one of our 14 team members
but that didn’t matter to him. From day one, Will gave us everything. Free access to his RunDot training plans. Weekly Monday night 8pm check-ins. Private Group chat to his Endless knowledge — not just about running, but nutrition, recovery, mindset, and what it truly takes to endure something of this scale. I genuinely believe — and I said this after we finished — that without Will, some of us wouldn’t have made it. Not because of lack of heart, but because of how demanding this challenge was. He made sure we showed up prepared, physically and mentally. Somewhere along the journey, it stopped being “coach and team”
and became friendship. A proper bond with someone who is truly one of a kind. Now the event is over, but the connection isn’t. We’re still in touch, still learning, and already looking ahead to bigger goals together. There’s even talk of a huge endurance event in 2027
and this time, Will doesn’t just want to coach from the sidelines — he wants to be part of the team. That says everything about the kind of person he is and the respect that goes both ways. Will — thank you for everything you’ve done for me and the team. Not just as a coach, but as a friend. This is only the beginning. đŸ’Ș

You have to change your thinking before you can change your training. Most athletes skip that part. They follow a plan. They log the miles. They do the work. But quietly, in the back of their mind, they’re wondering if it’s actually right. Second-guessing every session. Getting swayed by the veteran at their club or the coach with the big following. That doubt is the real problem. And it’s not your fault. The training world is full of well-meaning people — coaches, veteran athletes, voices with big followings — who genuinely believe what they’re saying. That’s what makes it so hard to sort through. They’ll tell you what to do. Very few can tell you why it’s true. The gap between what’s actually true about training and what most athletes believe? That’s what this channel exists to close. If that’s what you’re looking for — follow along. #TrainingTruth #TriathlonTraining #EnduranceSports #DataDrivenTraining #TriDot #RunDot

Credentials don’t make a coach right. Data does. Most training advice sounds confident. Very little of it has actually been validated. After 7 years questioning everything and 20+ years building the only AI training engine designed specifically for endurance athletes — here’s what I know: if you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it. That’s the difference between believing something works and knowing it does. Stop guessing. Start knowing. I wanted to be competitive in triathlon. I also wanted to be present for my family. Everyone told me I had to choose. So I spent 20 years proving them wrong. The training industry claimed to be data-driven. It wasn’t. It was philosophy-driven — pointing to data that confirmed what people already believed. I couldn’t find truth anywhere. So I decided to go find it myself. That became FitLogic. That became @tridottraining . That became @rundottraining . The problem was never really a triathlon problem. It was a training problem — and runners have the exact same one. You don’t have to guess at your training anymore. The answer exists. A lot of athletes just don’t know it yet. That’s why I’m here. #TriDot #TrainingTruth #Triathlon #EnduranceSports #RunDot

What a privilege. I really mean that. It’s rare to encounter such selflessness, such a willingness to suffer in order to support those in need. The effort these men and women are putting in is humbling. It has been my absolute pleasure to coach them for this challenge. To give it some context today they set off with 2 days left still with the equivalent of 3 marathons to go. That’s on the back of running 12 marathons in the last 8 days!!! Please do consider supporting them and donating to their Comic Relief Challenge. Link is in my bio. “Long Way Doon”

Hard to think of a better way to spend International Women’s Day than watching Priscah Cherono — a 45-year-old mother of three — take the women’s title at the LA Marathon. On the men’s side, Nathan Martin was 1:53 back at mile 19 and still found a way to win. Same finish time as second place. 2:11:18. They had to wait for the photo finish to call it. Great day here in LA. #LAMarathon #InternationalWomensDay #RunDot #TriDot
