Now That’s A Fun Year
1️⃣ @lilia.flo13 finishes her senior season taking 8th at the Texas 4A State Track Meet in the 1600m and 3200m championship
2️⃣ In just under 12 months since joining RunCCG, Lilia dropped her 1600m PR by 16 seconds and her 3200m time by 59 seconds!!!
3️⃣ Last year Lilia didn’t qualify for her REGION meet in the 3200m and was 16th in the 1600m. This year she won the 3200m and was second in the 1600
4️⃣ Lilia made these jumps by trusting her coach, never missing a day, improving her threshold training, and believing in herself
*️⃣ After an amazing senior year Lilia is headed to run in college @csuptfxc trading in the Texas heat for the mountains of Colorado. We are proud of you for earning this amazing opportunity.

Wilson Gets His First Title
1️⃣ In Wilson’s 3rd race of the day, with a 60 last Lap and a 90 last 600m, @wilsonrutherfordv wins the 3200m at the 3A South Carolina State Championship
2️⃣ Wilson opened his day taking runner-up in the 1600m closing his lap in 57 in a slow to fast race
3️⃣Scoring 18 points for his team, Wilson’s school won the state championship

1️⃣ @molly_cramer_ earned her nickname with her big day at state. Winning the 4x800m and crashing to the ground at the finish line
2️⃣ Molly followed that up by taking 🥈 in the 1600m and 3200m
3️⃣ Finally she helped her team get 🥉 in the 4x400m
4️⃣ Mighty Molly’s tremendous effort helped her team bring home another team state title 🏆
