Nice to get the win @run_killarney half marathon and the weekend. A brilliant ran event which is growing year on year ๐ฅ๐. 70 mins for the half to end a big week of training ๐ฏโ . Almost 5 years since I raced this race and an improvement of just over 10 mins ๐ A brilliant weekend spent in the kingdom after @siobh_osullivan ๐
