My hair use to get caught in my dermal chest piercing and I wouldn't realize it and go to flip my hair over my shoulder and it would yank on my jewelry. Only so many times before I ended up ripping out both piercings. You would think I would have remembered after a few times. I'm sure there is a life metaphor in there somewhere.They never were an issue at roller derby practice or mma training though.
