Okay! So, last Friday was one of those nights where everything just *clicked.* The rum was doing what it should, plates were passed, and conversations started light, then eventually got more interesting. đ Then, right in the middle of dinner, someone orders a bottle of wine for the whole table, and thatâs when I knew that everyone passed the vibe check.
Now, I gotta to give a shoutout to @fbfmetalatelier once again for setting the tone with such a beautiful tablescape. I sent her my Pinterest inspo the night before, and she took it to a whole ânother level! Itâs always cool how art is truly subjective; her take on my design idea was different, yet the same. Which then became the perfect conversation starter.

So months later, and Iâm still thinking about Park + Pour. We started with breath (shoutout to @chachhere for the yoga that had us realigned and unbothered), then slid into a wine tasting like it was the most natural thing in the world. Which, honestly, it was.
Soft grass, barefoot convos, and toasts between strangers who didnât stay strangers for long.
It was a shift, a reset, and a reminder that wellness can also look like stretching under the sun, then sipping something juicy right after. Iâve thought about why Iâve never considered this before (crazy) and how this can be experienced all year long, not just during the summer. Idk, weâll have to see.
