What a day. So much info, so much inspiration, but most importantly, real stories. 🤩 One of the first talks really hit me. Wolfgang Grupp openly talking about self-doubt and even dark thoughts and that’s exactly what made it so powerful. We learned that even successful people struggle. Success doesn’t mean having no doubts. It means continuing anyway. Also super valuable: leadership and hiring. Big takeaway for me: The right people in your team are everything. Leadership isn’t about control, it’s about responsibility and trust. And then Steven Bartlett from The Diary of a CEO, self-employed at 18, millionaire before 25 said one thing that really stayed with me: Happiness is often tied to your expectations, and everyone has different ones. So sometimes, take a moment to be grateful, because you might already be living what someone else is dreaming of. My biggest lesson today: Success isn’t a straight path. It’s messy, full of doubt and risk but also growth. Leaving today with a lot of motivation. And even more clarity that anything is possible if you keep going.
