I've had a few messages from people asking about my retreats, so I thought I'd break down the mix of retreats I hold so you can see if any of these might be right for you.

- I regularly run home retreats (though these are currently on a break whilst I am out on my tour for 'Absolutely Famous' and will resume at a later date). Keep an eye on my page to know when they'll be returning, or sign up to the waitlist on my website.

I'm opening up my home on two dates (one in January and the other in March) where together we'll unpack the mental loops that keep us stuck, and I'll guide you towards a place of grounded calm and clarity.
This isn't just an invitation to come over to mine for the day, it's a reset from the spin cycle of the mind. Whether you're navigating big changes, have swirling thoughts, or you just have a sense of wanting to know what's needed in your life now, come and join me for the day.

Hello you, I’m writing this post with the power of my mind, from the jungle… well, not really, but wouldn’t that be cool?
I’ve seen a few of you mention my old interviews - you know, the one where I got kicked off of Trump’s plane, and that time I put Madonna’s knickers on my head. Well, I have wonderful news!
I’m thrilled to announce that I will be back with a brand new tour in 2026 where I will be looking back at the biggest and best interviews from my career, live on stage.
Together with Clive Tulloh, my lifelong friend and A list producer, we will be looking back at clips and sharing scandalous stories never heard before (you won’t want to miss those!). We’ll also be answering any burning questions you might want to ask.
